How do I go about getting your service?
Fill out the questionnaire – or call us. We will discuss this with you over the phone or meet with you at your location.
Is there any cost for obtaining vending machines or a vending service?
There is absolutely no cost for obtaining your vending service.
What about contracts?
As a general rule, we find contracts to be unnecessary. We will deliver the equipment that is agreed upon. If at any time you need to cancel services, 30 day notice is sufficient. Contract only becomes necessary with specialized equipment or large volume of equipment being ordered.
Can we choose what product goes into the machines?
Absolutely. We have a list of products available in our vending machines. You can also request items that are not on our list and we will do our best to accommodate all requests.
How often will the vending machines get serviced?
Your account will be added to a scheduled route. Locations are serviced at least once a week or more if need be. We pride ourself on well stocked machines.
What happens when the machine stops working or a customer loses money in the machine?
Once a service call is placed we will be out within 24 hours. We do our best to be out that same day.
Refunds are issued – no problem!
